Apple's standard EULA applies
Chakam is offered under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. By downloading or using the app, you agree to the terms of the Apple Standard EULA. The sections below add app-specific terms that apply alongside it.
What Chakam is for
Chakam analyzes chat exports and screenshots you choose to import, and generates statistics and an AI-written summary about the conversation. It's built for entertainment and personal insight — it is not professional relationship, legal, psychological, or safety advice, and shouldn't be relied on as one. If you're dealing with a situation involving real safety concerns, please seek appropriate professional help.
Your responsibility for imported chats
You're responsible for the chats and screenshots you choose to import, and for having the right to analyze them — including where the conversation involves another person. Don't use Chakam to harass, stalk, or harm anyone, or in any way that violates another person's legal rights or the terms of the platform (WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.) the chat came from.
Subscriptions
Chakam offers auto-renewing subscriptions (weekly and yearly plans) purchased through your Apple ID / App Store account. The subscription title, length, and price are shown in the app before you buy and on the relevant App Store product page.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same price unless changed beforehand.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's App Store account settings — Chakam itself cannot cancel it for you.
- Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies, not by us directly.
No warranty
Chakam is provided "as is." Metrics and AI-generated verdicts are estimates based on the chat data you import and can be inaccurate, incomplete, or occasionally wrong — treat them as a fun read, not a verdict of fact.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kodeblooded is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including decisions made based on its output.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
