What we collect

• Account: name, email (if you sign up).
• Upload: WhatsApp .txt or .zip without media.
• Report: metrics & summaries derived from your file.
• Basic diagnostics: timestamps/errors to keep the service reliable.

Retention & deletion

• Raw uploads: kept only for processing, then removed.
• Reports: remain in your account until you delete them.

Security

• HTTPS everywhere.
• Scoped access controls.
• Minimal data handling and storage.
